Downtime notifications
There is no automatic mail notification about the downtimes declared through GOCDB.
Each site must do a subscription at the CIC portal listing the region/site/service they are interested in. Then the broadcast tool will know which sites are interested in a given downtime being declared.
It is highly recommended to be subscribed at least to the central services at the IBERGRID area. This way site admins can prevent from possible failures by switching to any other service in the infrastructure.
